Architects, es un edificio ic\u00f3nico que incluye 7 pisos de espacio de oficinas de pr\u00f3xima generaci\u00f3n. Situado en el distrito de oficinas m\u00e1s establecido de Dubl\u00edn, el desarrollo consta de aproximadamente 170,000 pies cuadrados. El edificio tiene como objetivo obtener la certificaci\u00f3n LEED Platinum.<\/p>\n<p>La comodidad y una estructura de edificio duradera estuvieron en la parte superior de la agenda durante toda la construcci\u00f3n. Los materiales herm\u00e9ticos de E-Plus, dise\u00f1ados para ser compatibles con todos los tipos de construcci\u00f3n convencionales, aseguran la entrega eficiente de una protecci\u00f3n \u00f3ptima contra la humedad y el secado de la estructura del edificio. El sistema herm\u00e9tico de E-Plus implementado incluye: capa de control de vapor IZOPERM PLUS, cinta adhesiva herm\u00e9tica multiusos CONEXO MULTISEAL, y imprimaci\u00f3n l\u00edquida ACRAPRIME
