la salud en Irlanda continuaron este a\u00f1o con un nuevo proyecto en el que E-Plus ha participado asegurando la estanqueidad al viento y las medidas de seguridad contra incendios para la nueva Unidad de Atenci\u00f3n Ambulatoria de Thurles.<\/p>\n<p>Informaci\u00f3n Clave Garantizar la seguridad y el rendimiento de la envolvente del edificio fue una prioridad compartida. E-Plus brind\u00f3 servicios de apoyo y consult\u00f3 con el equipo de Horizon Offsite para facilitar la especificaci\u00f3n del sistema de productos m\u00e1s adecuado compatible con los requisitos del proyecto.<\/p>\n<p>Se instal\u00f3 el sistema EXOPERM MONO DURO transpirable y resistente al fuego en los paneles de pared aislados externos para garantizar el m\u00e1s alto nivel de seguridad contra incendios y estanqueidad al aire. Una membrana monol\u00edtica TPU totalmente funcional como EXOPERM MONO DURO proporciona una mayor eficiencia t\u00e9rmica y protecci\u00f3n a largo plazo contra las inclemencias del tiempo, lo cual es de particular importancia para proteger el edificio contra da\u00f1os estructurales.<\/p>\n<p>El dise\u00f1o de construcci\u00f3n de alta calidad junto con los sistemas adecuados de envolvente del edificio ayudaron a lograr el est\u00e1ndar nZEB (Edificio de Energ\u00eda Casi Nula). El proyecto fue llevado a cabo por Horizon Offsite, bajo el contratista principal Clancy Construction, con la arquitectura de Reddy + Urbanismo.<\/p>\n<p>La unidad de un solo piso de 667 m2 se complet\u00f3 a principios de 2021, facilitada por los beneficios de velocidad del enfoque de Construcci\u00f3n Moderna en el lugar (MMC) y el ensamblaje de acero
