c\u00e1lido y h\u00famedo presenta desaf\u00edos diferentes a los que el est\u00e1ndar Passive House ha enfrentado hasta ahora en climas dominados por la calefacci\u00f3n. Estos desaf\u00edos, adem\u00e1s de hacer frente a las pr\u00e1cticas de construcci\u00f3n locales para lograr asequibilidad, son la raz\u00f3n por la cual el proyecto Puerto Madero ha sido elegido como programa piloto para definir la pol\u00edtica nacional y los est\u00e1ndares de construcci\u00f3n para la construcci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda neta cero. El desarrollo es un pueblo suburbano unifamiliar y multifamiliar, a 7 km (4,5 millas) de la ciudad caribe\u00f1a de Cartagena, Colombia, donde la temperatura ambiental de 29C (85F db) y la humedad relativa al 85% son constantes durante todo el a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Consinfra, en cooperaci\u00f3n con E Plus Buildings, firma especializada en la construcci\u00f3n bajo el est\u00e1ndar Passive House, est\u00e1n trabajando para elaborar pilotos virtuales del Art\u00edculo 6 para contribuir a la discusi\u00f3n sobre la reglamentaci\u00f3n del Art\u00edculo 6 del Acuerdo de Par\u00eds e informar eventuales consideraciones de inversi\u00f3n futura. El piloto de Consinfra en Puerto Madero pretende ser un piloto debidamente estudiado de mitigaci\u00f3n de huella de carbono con actividades basadas en contextos del mundo real, para
